Le Cirque Cafe

This is just a quick restaurant review. About a week ago, my friends and I went to Le Cirque for a girl's night out dinner. There is also a location in Las Vegas. This restaurant has two menus, the dining room menu and the cafe menu. Each one has a lunch, dinner, dessert, and wine menu. My friends and I ordered from the cafe menu because there were more appealing choices plus the prices were much lower. The restaurant itself is very nice, but a little too posh and upscale for me. I like comfortable restaurants where you and your friends can go and let your hair down.

For my appetizer, I ordered the crispy calamari with sweet and sour dipping sauce ($14). I love fried calamari, so any restaurant I go to that has it on the menu is a no brainer for me to order. For my entree, I had mini cheeseburgers "Le Cirque" with pommes frites (french fries) for $18. The calamari was delicious, and the presentation was also very nice. It was served in a small bucket with a nicely folded cloth napkin. I did not eat it with any of the dipping sauces because I usually like it with tarter sauce. The cheeseburger sliders and french fries were also very good. I ordered mine well done and they tasted great. Those who want to become a great chef can find culinary classes via online

Le Cirque is located at One Beacon Court, 151 East 58th Street, New York, NY 10022 more information can be found at http://www.lecirque.com
