For the love of Lip Gloss

When I want to take a break from the dry feeling of a matte liquid lipstick, I dive into my lip gloss stash. As much as I love Anastasia Beverly Hills liquid lipstick, I love her lip gloss just as much. The formula is thick but not sticky, and the colors are rich and pigmented.

I have three colors so far (left to right):
Black Cherry

In my extensive effort to find the perfect lip gloss, I decided to finally give NYX Butter Gloss a try. We have all seen them posted and reposted all over social media. Fortunately, they are $4.99 every where they are sold. So, of course, I picked up 4 different colors.

So far, I bought (left to right):
Raspberry Tart (BLG 21)
Ginger Snap (BLG 22)
Red Velvet (BLG20)
Devil's Food Cake (BLG22)

Two more great additions to my gloss family are Spite by MAC and an Hoola Gloss by Benefit Cosmetics. Both glosses were purchased at Macy's for $16 each.

Last but not least, I can't leave out my favorites. EOS lip balms have so many mixed reviews, but I absolutely love them. I use them as a base for my liquid lipsticks, or just by themselves. My favorite flavor is the coconut milk in the pink stripes. I get these from Harmon Face Values for $2.99 each.
